THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, or EXCHANGES.  Aurelia beauty is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. In the case where this has happened, please contact customer service at USPS. I ensure they are the best quality before shipping out. Aurelia beauty is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays please contact your post office carrier for help.
